Place your fingers flat on both sides of your belly button, with your elbow joints on the floor. Breathe 3 times and let your fingers feel the rise and fall of the abdomen.
Inhale to the middle of the lungs
Place your fingers flat on either side of the chest cavity. Breathe 3 times, feel that the chest cavity expands to the sides when you inhale, and relax when you exhale.
Inhale to the upper part of the lung
Place your fingers flat under the collarbone. When inhaling, feel the upper part of the chest rise slightly. Relax your shoulders and do not lift or strain your shoulders.
Full yoga breathing
Lay your arms flat on your sides, palms up or down. Inhale once, first suck the air into the lower abdomen, then into the chest cavity, and finally into the upper part of the chest. Exhale and relax.
